Hi, new to the forum so please go easy on me.
Did a search, came up empty. With Christmas shopping season starting, customers are asking for a second, "gift receipt" that does not show pricing info.
How to product those?
Secondly, how is a partial refund situation handled in POS? No problem giving full refunds if an item is returned, but how to do a partial one with the customer retaining their purchase?
