| i have one computer running on Windows 7 with RMS ver 1.3 working well, one another system running Windows 7, it won't let me install RMS ver 1.3??
Any suggestions? |

the installation wizard was interrupted to inform me that (I quote) "the system has not been modified and to complete installation, please run wizard again", when in fact I completed all updates by Microsoft update, and after rebooting, the wizard does not allow me to continue the installation.

It is possible the problem is related to SQL Express 2005 installation, which in its original form is not compatible with Windows 7 (requres the service pack 3).
Try the following:
1. Download SQL 2005 Express and Service pack 3 from Microsoft.
2. Install it (when you install SQL 2005 it will prompt you about incompatibility, but ignore it and install SP3 immediately after - before even rebooting the computer)
3. Install RMS 1.3 and immediately apply all its service packs. While installing RMS it will detect that SQL is already present and will not attempt installing it. |

Hello,
Hope you are doing great !!
Could you please let me know, what is the procedure to setup and
installation of MS Dynamics RMS Store Operations 2.0 ? And how much time will take to install in the store (in hours) ?
If possible please share the Developers and User guide,
Would really appreciate if anybody can assist me on this, actually i am very much new to RMS 2.0...
