Hi,

Some problems are occuring on one of our till.
While POS is launched, we can't claim the printer; as if it was always locked by POS. IF POS is closed, everything is working fine.

We tested our program on several tills, no problems occurs.

Any idea on how to share the printer with other application while POS is launched?

In Store Ops Manager, the option is well ticked.

It depends on the driver and may not work with some printers. WHat printer do you use?
