| Hi,
When I do the physical inventory and press the buttom "Incorporate" the items disappear and the state of inventory is "Calculated".
RMS is installed in Windows Vista SP1.

Do the inventory move to the next window which would show a report. This report defaults to only showing items that have a difference other than 0. Meaning you are short or over. If nothing is showing on the report you can change the filter to show all items.
If it is not moving to the report window then you have an issue and should contact your RMS partner or Microsoft.
PS Latest verion is RMS 2.0 SP2 which ends in 118 for version numbers. There are 2 hotfixes after that ends in 119 and 120 for HQ |

I have a similar issue ,but i realised that there is a field physicalinventoryid in physicalinventoryentry which is not updating.Is there a better solution so that it updates.Running a query like:
Update physicalinventoryentry
set physicalinventoryid='id of the stock sheet'
where physicalnventoryid=0
***note***this only works if there is only one stock with no items appearing... |
