| Hi,
I am new to MRMS. So I would like to learn the technical aspects like how the reports of POS and HeadQuarter Manager in depth. I want to learn how to customize these reports. I am a IT professional. Can someone let me know from where can I get the customization guides.

| You can get the customization guide from Microsoft if you are authorized RMS reseller. Or you can ask your RMS VAR to get one for you. |
