Recently I change the collation of my Database after that when i open POS it give me error,
"Row Cannot be located for updating, some values may have been changed since it was used last time"
When i open store operation its ok no problem and Headquarter connectivity also no problem.
Please help me to solve this problem Urgent Please.

Well, the solution is simple: change the database collation back and never change it again. If you are not satisfied, call Microsoft and ask why RMS doesn't support custom database collations.

I try to change the collation back but i also give the error and does not support. Please help me we are realy in big trouble. thanks |

Seriously, I've asked around and got a suggestion that after changing collation all indexes have to be rebuilt. Please use the "Reindex" feature in RMS Administrator. If this doesn't work, please contact Retail Realm (http://www.retailrealm.co.uk/DesktopDefault.aspx ) as they've indicated they might have a solution. Good luck!
