Greetings all,
This question is in regards to RMS 2.0.
I'm looking for a way to apply only one discount rather than having a discount on an item AND the discount that we have setup for certain customers. Right now we run a promo for a certain period of time for 33% off, we do not want this to stack with discounts that customers get for being part of a certain set. Is there any way to make RMS take the lower of the 2 discounts?
Thanks in advance. |

See in RMS Manager: Configuration->Inventory->Price Calculation
Excerpt from RMS Help file:
Price Calculation: The method Store Operations will use to determine which item price to ring up on the POS transaction screen. Use Minimum Price: Considers the Quantity Discount, Level, Sale, and Buydown prices, and then calculates the price that is the lowest.
|

I already tried to change the settings but it still showed me the same result. we are using percentage discount on certain customer. The issue is that this percentage discount always works on top of the promotional price. We don't want to give them the multiple discount.
Thx in advance. |

I suggest you should contact your reselleing partner or raise a support call with Microsoft (it's a part of your service plan). |
