| When i open RMS POS screen it give me the following message and after that the screen is hanged. Below is the error message:
" One or More ActiveX Controls could not be displayed because either:
1) Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX Controls on this page, or
2) You have blocked a publisher of one of the controls.
As a result, the page might not display correctly. "
This is the message which i got and after that the system is hanged.
Please help me to solve this problem.

This will happen possibly if you changed something with the HTML header within the pos system.
You can test this by going into Store Operations Administrator.
Once inside Administrator do these steps.
1. FILE > CONFIGURATION
2. CLICK ON THE REGISTER TAB
3. CLICK THE MAGNIFYING GLASS NEXT ON THE WEB STATUS: OPTION
4. GOTO THE FOLDER PROGRAM FILES\MICROSOFT RETAIL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM\STORE OPERATIONS\HTML\
5. CHOOSE THE Staus.htm FILE AND HIT OPEN
6. ON THE STORE OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR CONFIGURATION SCREEN, JUST HIT OK, AND TRY IT AGAIN.
